Any experience of trauma whether you consider it big or small can fundamentally change how your brain functions. Most adult mental illness can be traced back to traumatic life events and can be significantly improved with trauma focused therapy. I am an EMDRIA Certified therapist committed to helping adults in Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio move beyond merely coping to reaching the healing and relief they deserve. My experience with EMDR has been life-changing both personally and professionally. I specialize in using EMDR, IFS/Ego States Therapy, Brainspotting, CBT, and Creative Arts to treat a variety of mental health issues. I am dedicated to staying up to date with current research and attending advanced training to ensure my clients have the best treatment to meet their needs. My personal and profession experiences enable a strong therapeutic connection with clients and a deep level of empathy and authenticity in my approach.
